When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

EarthBloom Garden reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.

We may contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order if additional information or verification is required.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Once an order has been processed and a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled.

If you request cancellation while your order is still being processed and before a tracking number has been issued, a 15% transaction and processing fee may be deducted from your refund.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be cancelled because orders may enter processing or shipping quickly.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, product availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors as permitted by applicable law.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed charges may be added at checkout.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

EarthBloom Garden currently ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders generally require approximately 3–5 business days for processing.

After processing, estimated shipping time within the United States is generally 3–8 business days.

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

All processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, high-volume periods, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the information if the order has not already entered processing or shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 14 days after delivery.

Returned merchandise must satisfy the eligibility requirements contained in our Return and Refund Policy.

For eligible returns resulting from a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or another reason not caused by an error by EarthBloom Garden, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including certain perishable goods, live plants, flowers, seeds, bulbs, personalized or customized products, used or altered merchandise, opened personal-care products, hazardous materials, gift cards, and items clearly designated as final sale, subject to applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported to us promptly so that we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
